CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues.

Promotional Discount

Where a promotional offer is applied (e.g. “Buy 2, Get the 3rd 50% Off”), the discount is conditional on all qualifying items being kept.

If you choose to return one or more items that formed part of the promotion—particularly where the discounted item is retained—the original discount will no longer apply. In such cases, the discount value will be deducted from your refund.

This ensures fair use of promotional offers and consistency across all orders.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Please submit your return or exchange request through our returns portal:

Approval

Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive further instructions and the returns address.

International Returns

Non-UK customers who wish to purchase a return label from us should contact returns@alhaqthobes.com. Please note that labels purchased through us may take approximately 2–3 weeks for the return to reach us.

Customers may alternatively return items using their own courier/service. When arranging the return, the parcel description must clearly state “Returned Goods”. If any customs charges, duties, or import fees are incurred on the return parcel, the return will be rejected.

Shipping the Item

The item must be shipped within 5 days of approval; otherwise, the request may be rejected.

Include Packing Slip

Please ensure the packing slip is included inside the return package.

Please Note

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies to the initial shipping costs paid and return postage costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Non- Refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
