International orders
For international deliveries, any local customs charges, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned because customs fees were refused or not paid, the original shipping fee will not be refunded; a refund will be issued for the returned items only.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you'd like the order re-sent, shipping will need to be paid again.
